In 2019, Wabigoon Lake Ojibway Nation, together with KGS Group and
Scatliff+Miller+Murray (SMM), developed a community engagement
and education program to engage the community to gain a better
understanding of the past mercury contamination in the English and
Wabigoon River systems.
